No Bake Chocolate Tart

Materials
Ingredients for the base
4 packs of cocoa cream biscuits

1 orange zest
sea ​​salt
Ingredients for Caramel
7 tablespoons of granulated sugar
200 ml. cream
Ingredients to decorate

Dried orange slices

For the base;
Put the biscuits in your shredder’s chamber and start shooting.
Keep pulling by adding butter into your shredder.
Continue to shoot by adding milk and honey.
When everything is well mixed, take the biscuit mortar into the mold with a base of 28 cm, if possible, and spread it to the base with your hand and level the base with a tablespoon.

For ganache;

When it is taken from the stove, add cream and butter and mix.
Grate the orange peel and add it into the ganache you prepared.

For caramel;

When the granulated sugar melts and becomes light caramel, add cream and mix well so that no lumps remain in it.
Then pour the caramel you prepared on the tart you take out of the freezer and sprinkle sea salt on it and throw it in the freezer.

Let it sit for 30 minutes and take it out of the mold and serve by slicing.
