Strawberry Muffin

Materials
2 eggs
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 glass of water Milk
¾ glass of sunflower oil
3 cups flour
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
5 – 6 strawberries
Ingredients for
4 tablespoons of spreadable fresh cheese – 200 gr.
5 – 6 strawberries
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Place the egg and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk them thoroughly with a whisk.
Add milk and sunflower oil on it and continue whisking.
Put flour, vanilla and baking powder into a sieve and add it to the liquid mixture, sifting it and mixing it with the help of a spatula and closing it from the outside inside.
Cut the stems of strawberries, then put them in a mixing bowl and crush them with the help of a potato crusher, put them in the mixture and mix gently with a spatula.
Place the muffin sheets in a muffin cup.
Divide the prepared mortar into the paper with the help of an ice cream spoon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.

For the above;
Put the strawberries in a mixing bowl and lightly crush the strawberries with the help of a potato crusher.
Strain the water through a sieve.
Take the strained strawberries into fresh cheese and mix them with a spatula.
Then add powdered sugar and mash with a spatula and mix.
Place a knurled crimp tip inside your crimp bag.
Put the prepared mortar in the squeezing bag, put it in the refrigerator and cool it.

To combine;
Cool your muffins out of the oven well.
Put the cooled muffins in the container you will serve and squeeze the cream you have prepared on top of your muffins and serve.
