Lemon Paluze

1.5 cups of granulated sugar
¾ cup corn starch
4 cups of water
Juice of 4 medium lemons – 1 finger missing from 1 glass of water
Ingredients for the base
1 – 2 tablespoons of butter
10 – 15 whole wheat biscuits
Ingredients for
3 – 4 sprigs of fresh mint

Take granulated sugar, starch and water in a mixing bowl and mix with a whisk until the starch dissolves.
Add lemon juice to it and continue mixing.
When your mixture is ready, put it in a small saucepan and mix it until it becomes a pudding.

For the base;
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Smash your biscuits by hand.
Add the melted butter on it and mix.

To combine;
Share the base you have prepared in your bowls where you will serve.
Once your paluz is ready, share it in the bowls.
Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
