Chocolate Cheesecake Ingredients

Ingredients for the sole
40 cocoa-cream biscuits
100 gr. butter
1 handful of hazelnuts

Ingredients for filling
600 gr. labne cheese
300 gr. cream
1.5 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 packet of vanilla
3 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons of cocoa

Ingredients for the Top
½ package cream
150 gr. dark chocolate
1 tablespoon butter

Ingredients to decorate
4 cocoa-cream biscuits
15-20 raspberries


Spread the cocoa biscuits, nuts and butter through the rondo until they become sand.

Lubricate your cheesecake mold, pour the biscuit mortar and press the mold into the base.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 10 minutes and remove from the oven.


Beat the egg and sugar until they become foamy.

Add the labney in it and continue to whisk until smooth.

Then add all the ingredients for the inner filling and pour over the base you put in the cheesecake mold when they are all blended. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 1 hour.

When the cheesecake is baked, remove it from the oven, scrape the edges that stick to the mold with a knife to prevent it from cracking when taking cheesecake.

Let it cool down for about 1 hour.


Heat the cream in a sauce pan.

Set aside the well-warmed cream and add chocolate and butter and mix until it melts completely.

Set aside to cool.


Pour the chocolate mixture that you prepared on the chilled cheesecake.

Take out the completely cooled cheesecake and place 4 cocoa biscuits on two sides facing each other.

If you want, you can also make a chocolate ganache sauce with white chocolate and decorate it or write a name.
