Carrot Muffin

3 eggs
2 large carrots
1.5 cups of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1/4 nutmeg grated
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 handful of walnuts
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of yogurt
3 cups flour
A little little oil in 1 cup

Grease your muffin bowl.
Peel the carrot and grate it on the thin side.
First, beat the sugar and the egg at the room temperature until it becomes a creamy consistency.
When it has a consistency, add oil and yogurt and continue to whisk.
Then add nutmeg, powdered ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, carrot, flour and walnut, respectively, whisk until you get a smooth consistency.
Transfer the cake mortar to your muffin container that you have greased. If you wish, you can decorate it with all walnuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.
